What do you look for when taking on a new distributor? |
| A. |
We have no fixed criteria, however we would expect a distributor to be an established business, which is well financed and has a sales force. Importantly any new distributor must have some technical expertise for maintaining Energist products. |

Does Energist manufacture VPL™ equipment? |
| A. |
Yes - Energist are the manufacturer of the Ultra VPL™, as well as the UltraPlus, VariMed™ and ReGen™ LED. We have regional distribution in over 40 countries and have over 3000 systems in operation globally. We are based in Swansea , South Wales in the UK. |

Do you make products other than VPL™ / pulsed light equipment? |
| A. |
Yes - we also manufacture the ReGen™, a high quality system that was launched in September 2007 onto the world market as a powerful and versatile LED. With the Energist ReGen™, powerful LED diodes emit red and blue light simultaneously. The level of intensity can be fully adjusted, as can the amount of blue or red light as a percentage of the mix without having to change heads.

What is the cost of your product? |

Due to our extensive distributor network prices vary by market, so we would ask you to contact your local distributor for these. If there is no representation in your country, please contact us directly. |

Do you manufacture OEM products? |
| A. |
We mainly focus on selling our own Energist product. However, as one of the leading global manufacturers of pulsed light and LED technology we do enter into OEM agreements on a case by case basis. Please contact us by email should you want to discuss further. |

Do you follow internationally recognised quality criteria? |
| A. |
Yes - we have a rigorous quality assurance and all our products are CE 0120 and CE Medical marked. The exception to this is the ReGen™, which although CE marked is still awaiting medical CE approval (Autumn 2008). Energist's manufacturing plant carries the ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 13485:2003 certifications. Ultra VPL™ is cleared by the FDA to be marketed in the USA and has SFDA certification for China. |

Can you tell me where I can see an Energist system in operation? |

In the first instance we suggest you contact your local distributor. However our systems are often shown at regional trade fairs and events so please go to our Shows and Events section of the website. Otherwise contact us directly. |

How do you carry out technical and clinical and sales training? |
| A. |
All new distributors have to be fully trained in the technical aspects of Energist systems. This takes place at our manufacturing site in Swansea, UK .
Clinical training can be carried out locally or in Swansea. This training covers all aspects of VPL™ and ReGen™ treatments, after which your clinical trainers will be qualified to train local VPL™ and ReGen™ customers.
Sales training can also be given locally or in Swansea - this covers all aspects of marketing Energist systems, including features and benefits, and how to generate a profitable revenue stream for your customers. |

How does your warranty operate? |

All our products are covered by a standard international warranty.

I own a salon / spa - can I buy direct from Energist? |
| A. |
No - we insist that salons / spas must buy from their local distributor. This is because they will provide professional support and backup for the Energist systems and are fully trained in maintaining them. However, if you have no representation in your market, please contact us directly so we can assist. |
